Processing time & Shipping: When will my order ship?
Most ready to ship items ship within 2 to 3 business days and 3 to 5 days for standard non rush shipping. Delays may happen due to our show schedule, and federal holidays.
Please reference our Tos for processing expectations for all custom fursuit commissions.
International shipping?
We offer world wide shipping on all orders. We do not offer free international shipping. All international orders are shipped with tracking.
Rush orders
Need your items soon? We offer rush shipping at check out!
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped an email is sent with a tracking code. We ship most orders with USPS. All order will receive a tracking number.
